LESSONS & CLASSES

Private Lessons and Classes

Have you ever wanted to play an instrument? Wondering how it feels to be in a band?  Whatever your experience or ability, we are here to help you reach your musical goals. In addition to private lessons for guitar, bass, ukulele, drums, piano, music theory and songwriting, Marchwood Music also provides a variety of group-based and band-style music programs which include live stage performance opportunities.

Group Guitar Classes

If you are brand new to playing guitar, or have some experience, this class is for you. Group Guitar for Beginners starts at square one with naming the guitar parts, learning guitar care and developing proper technique. You’ll work on simple melodies, basic chords, developing proper techniques and a song that you get to perform at a Marchwood Music Showcase too. If working in a group setting is your preference, this class is the best place to start!
