Cancellation Policy*

I agree to provide Marchwood Music a minimum of 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling a lesson. All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted through the My Music Staff student portal. Requests made by phone, text, or email cannot be guaranteed.

Make Up Lesson / Class Policy*

I understand that makeup lessons or classes are only available to active members. Makeup requests must be submitted through the My Music Staff student portal. All makeup lessons must be scheduled and completed prior to the student's last lesson day. Makeup credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Invoicing Policy*

I agree to save a payment method on file through the My Music Staff portal to enable automatic monthly billing. I understand that tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month will incur a $25.00 late fee per student.

Membership Agreement*

I agree to provide a minimum of 30 days written notice by contacting the Marchwood Music Admin directly when I decide to discontinue lessons. I understand that I am responsible for tuition for all 30 days of the notice period. If I am an existing student enrolled prior to July 1, 2026, the previous cancellation policy applies through August 31, 2026.

Marchwood Music likes to demonstrate lessons and also highlight student milestones. With your permission, we would like to occasionally share a video or photograph as a teaching opportunity. I hereby give consent to Marchwood Music to photograph, videotape, or otherwise digitally record and use images and/or sound recordings of myself or my child or children (if applicable) to use for instructional or promotional use on social media.
