Lesson Cancellation

Lesson Cancellation Policy

All Students will be eligible for 1 private or semi-private make-up lesson per quarter provided that they give a 24 hour notification for the lesson that they are cancelling. If you have already used your make-up option, you are still eligible to use some of the makeup options listed below provided that you gave a 24 hour notification for the cancelled lesson.

Group Makeup Class

All students are welcome to participate. Classes will cover everything from performance, improvisation, songwriting, rhythmic approach, chord substitutions, chord progressions, lead lines, sight reading etc. The classes will be planned specifically by each of the teachers in an effort to provide all students an opportunity to join in, learn and have fun in a supportive environment.

1st Sundays with Rick (10:00AM-10:55AM)
2nd Tuesdays with Adam (7:00PM-7:55PM)
3rd Thursdays with John (7:00PM-7:55PM)

In an effort to make sure that we have the proper accommodations and planning for each of our students, we ask that students register at least 48 hours prior to the class. We have limited seating and want to offer everyone the best possible experience. Thank You! Please use the form to register for one of our makeup classes.

Lesson / Class Termination

Please fill out this form to discontinue lessons or classes with us. If you would like to terminate your lessons by the end of the current month, please fill out this form prior to the 15th of the month. If you submit this form on or after the 16th day of the month, you will be invoiced the following month for the entire month. Students are still able to attend all of the lessons or classes that have been paid for.
